Shipping delays due to packages held by customs are beyond our control. The customer is responsible for any fees, taxes or customs duties charged by any country or state.

Customer service policy. We stand behind all of our products. We offer 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of ship date if you are not satisfied for any reason. Customers only need to pay for the shipping cost to return the package. Refund will be processed upon the return of the item(s) in original condition.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 14 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your returned item and we process it, your refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Returns must be packaged properly and insured or they will not be accepted.
KLEMCO Distribution is not responsible for customs duties - taxes and return shipping cost. The shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.
Defective items can be returned to us. When the item is received we will evaluate the defect. If we deem it valid, we will replace the item and reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges. If we deem the item to be non-defective, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
